CUSTOMER SERVICE

THOR GUARD installation and operation manuals are provided for you online so you can access this information anytime, anywhere.

These manuals are large files. If you have a broadband connection, they may take a minute or two to fully load. If you are using a dial-up connection, each manual may take up to an hour to load.

If you are using a dial-up connection, we recommend that you download one manual at a time when you are able to allow it to download for an hour. When you are ready to download a manual, we recommend that you “right-click” on the hyperlink and select either Save Target As… (if you are using Internet Explorer), or Save Link As… (if you are using Netscape). Select an appropriate location on your hard drive, and the pdf file will be saved on your computer. That will allow you to access the manual as often as necessary in the future without having to download it again from the web site.
